For those of you who don’t know what co-washing is, co-washing is basically washing your hair with conditioner only. That’s right, conditioner! Many shampoos are filled with sulfates and other chemicals that are not good for the hair. The few sulfate free shampoos I have tried left my hair feeling like straw.
