You grab your favorite eye shadow, highlighter, blush, powder, or bronzer, but before you can get it open to use, it slips out of your hands and falls to the floor and breaks! What do you do now? You don’t have to run out and spend money to replace what is broken, you can fix it! Keep reading to learn how to fix broken powder makeup and save yourself some money:

 

  1. Break the powder down into smaller pieces
  2. Add a few drops (or a spray or two) of 70% isopropyl alcohol until powder is damp
  3. Wrap a coin (use a quarter) into a piece of cloth, then press down onto the damp powder evenly to form the powder into the container
  4. Wait to dry completely, then use as if the powder was never broken
