What’s Up Wednesday: Project Pan Basket Update May 2022

Happy Wednesday everyone! Today I thought I would give you all an update on my project pan basket. When I started this in January 2022, I had fourteen makeup products and through the process of testing and eliminating products, I now have ten products (two products have been discontinued). I removed foundations (I only have five, so no need to “project pan” them), blushes (the blushes were just too old to use), concealers (I only have three concealers, so no need to “project pan” these) and face powders (I have two face powders and one setting powder for under the eyes (so no need to “project pan” them). My Four Step “Make-Your-Own” BB Cream

With the arrival of spring, most of us want to lighten things up when it comes to evening out our skin tone and covering our imperfections and with all of the different tinted moisturizers, skin tints, BB creams and CC creams on the market, it can be confusing and expensive to find the right formulation and shade for you. Instead of buying, testing, and decluttering these lighter foundation type products, make you own like I do by using your own favorite face products. Refresh Your Makeup Bag & Makeup Looks For Spring

The moment the weather starts getting warmer, we start changing the colors we wear. Whether it’s our wardrobe, our makeup, or our accessories, we just can’t wait to have an excuse to try out different tones that suit the season! While you are swapping out makeup products (and maybe even treating yourself to a new lipstick or eyeshadow palette) try to make sure to refresh your whole makeup bag first. After all, spring cleaning doesn’t have to apply to just your home (which I have been doing for the last two weeks)! So, if you are interested in overhauling your makeup bag for the spring as well, here are some…
